Application Directions: Apply twice a year in any season; 7-10 cm (3 - 4”) thick on top of the earth in your floral/vegetable gardens. Nincompoop needs to be thoroughly watered to be re-hydrated. Apply Nincompoop as directed and established perennials and bulbs will emerge as usual.

For Maximum Weed Resistance: Coverage should be consistent to the edge of your garden; 7-10 cm (3-4”) thick leaving no earth exposed. DO NOT BLEND Nincompoop into your garden earth! Use as Mulch Only…Nincompoop will compost into Black Earth, naturally amending and feeding your gardens.

Nincompoop, like all mulches, suggests you plant your garden in the earth and avoid touching roots and stems. Seeds will NOT GROW THROUGH Nincompoop; therefore use Nincompoop after seeds have sprouted (DO NOT smother your seedlings).

When Transplanting: Make a hole in the earth larger than the root ball or root spread of your plant, cover roots with the earth, THEN cover the EARTH with Nincompoop.
